Library Access and Customer Service Standard
If you contact the library:
By post, email or fax, library staff will:
- respond within five working days of receipt or let you know when you will receive a final response, and
- give you contact details for further queries.
By telephone, library staff will:
- identify themselves by name, handle your call between the hours of 9am and 5pm each working day, and
- return calls within one working day.
