If you ring our client services number during business hours you will receive prompt, personal service. Our standard business hours are 8.30 am to 4.00 pm Australian Eastern time, Monday to Friday, excluding ACT public holidays.
Orders for customised products will be entered into the Geoscience Australia production system and, for each order placed, an order confirmation will be sent as soon as possible.
Delivery will be on a best effort basis depending on existing workload and production capacity. Please contact us to discuss specific turnaround times for your order.
