The aims of the workshop are to:

  • Understand which remote sensing techniques can be applied to detect natural hydrocarbon leakage.
  • How to organise a survey using remote sensing technology.
  • Case studies of where and how various techniques have been used to detect active petroleum systems.

The workshop will be held from 24 - 26 November in Canberra. The cost of $500 includes lunches, course material and a dinner on Tuesday night.
