Report on extensive airborne electromagnetic survey released

The Minister for Resources and Energy, the Hon Martin Ferguson AM MP, released a report today which provides an interpretation of data from the most extensive airborne electromagnetic survey ever undertaken in Australia.
The survey covered more than 95 000 square kilometres in eastern South Australia and obtained 32 000 line-kilometres of data.
The report, the Frome airborne electromagnetic survey, South Australia: implications for energy, minerals and regional geology, has been prepared by Geoscience Australia in conjunction with the South Australian Department of Manufacturing, Innovation, Trade, Resources and Energy.
