Geoscience Australia has a dedicated Client Services team who are available to assist you with general enquiries regarding our work or products.

Client Services staff are available to assist you between 9am to 4pm on standard business days.

Geoscience Australia is committed to continually improving our services in response to client requirements and ongoing feedback. We make the following quality and timeliness commitments regarding our services:

Enquiry Response

For enquiries received via email (ClientServices@ga.gov.au), our Online Contact Form, or telephone (1800 800 173), we will:

  • Provide a response within five working days
  • For more complex enquiries, we will provide a response within ten working days

Product Orders

  • Product orders will be dispatched within three working days from receipt of order

Where we become aware that there is a risk to meeting the service standards specified, we will advise you.

Geoscience Australia currently sells various hard copy maps, and selected publications.  The Web Store for the full catalogue of available products is coming soon.

We distribute our products using StarTrack courier services, please note that PO Box addresses will incur additional shipping costs.
