Global Positioning System (GPS) Analysis

ARGN GPS Station Coordinate Time Series

The following GPS coordinate time series have been derived using continuous GPS observations from the Australian Regional GPS Network (ARGN) and the International GPS Service (IGS) stations shown on this gif_48k world map image as red dots, located in the Australian and the Australian-Antarctic region. The GPS coordinate time series have been computed using the ARGN data set from late 1995 to the present.

The GPS solutions used in this time series analysis have previously been submitted to the IGS as part of Geoscience Australia's contribution to the IGS as an IGS Regional Network Associative Analysis Centre (RNAAC). The time series has been aligned to the International Terrestrial Reference Frame 2000 (ITRF2000) using the latest available IGS combined cumulative solution.
