- 11/10/2001 NEW FEATURE! --- Added the Trimble Zephyr geodetic antennas to the antenna list.
- 08/09/2001 NEW FEATURE! --- MGA94 grid coordinates are now supplied for all Australian users.
- 01/09/2001 BUG FIX! --- Email delivery system improved, now functions with greater reliability to all known email servers.
- 21/06/2001 NEW FEATURE! --- New IGS phase centre antenna models added.
- 14/02/2001 NEW FEATURE! --- The User Profile page has been upgraded to automatically update every 30 minutes.

- 20/12/2000 NEW FEATURE! --- Some commercial RINEXing software products produce RINEX with an incorrect LEAP SECOND RINEX header record. The strict RINEX format check process has now been modified to ignore this header record regardless of it value.
- 08/12/2000 NEW FEATURE! --- The height above the geoid is now provided for all sites within the AUSGeoid98 extents.
- 06/12/2000 NEW FEATURE! --- Our software will now detect if a RINEX file APPROX XYZ header record is bad and if so will replace it with a pseudo-range derived APPROX XYZ.
- 05/12/2000 NEW FEATURE! --- The service now makes use of the IGS ultra-rapid product, the predicted IGS product is no longer in use.
- 05/12/2000 BUG FIX! --- In the case of multiple file solutions for the same site, with different antenna heights, the antenna height of the first file was incorrectly applied to all the input files with the same site name.
- 28/11/2000 BUG FIX! --- A new map plotting routine has now been implemented, previously the site map in some circumstances was obstructed by the world map.

Software development plans
- The IGS site selection algorithm will be modified so that it considers network geometry.
- Aesthetic changes to the report format are planned.
- A new email report format is planned. Results will be delivered in a text report with the option to
download the complete PDF report. The PDF report will NOT be attached to the results email.
- A new processing strategy will be implemented to allow processing of data sets as small as 15 minutes
in length (± 1m accuracy).
- Provision of EGM96 geoidal heights for stations outside Australia.

AUSPOS user suggestions
We welcome user suggestions as to ways we can improve this service. Please let us know if this service is not meeting your needs, resources permitting we will try to improve this service. Below are some user suggestions that we are considering:
- don't attach PDF report to results email -- provide the results in a simple ASCII format within the email and provide a link to the full report for those users that need it;
- process single frequency GPS;
- additional format results output, ie NEWGAN observation file format;
- extra processing options on the submission page; and
- short time span processing.
