Lineage:

These data were created in Arcinfo using the "generate coverage" and "fishnet" commands, to produce 1 and 5 degree grids to overlay other on datasets. Point data were also produced and are coded with the latitude longitude for that point.

Logical Consistency:

Tests are also carried out on these data for data completeness, correct spatial representation, attribute accuracy, logical consistency and correctness, and where appropriate for compliance with Geoscience Australia's GIS data dictionary.
