Logical Consistency: Technical or unintentional overlaps between boundaries may arise within this dataset. Technical overlaps include portions of boundaries of determinations that are intended to abut but which overlap. These overlaps may be caused by changes in source datasets used to create initial application boundaries or by differing interpretations of determination descriptions.
