Description

Abstract:

Processed seismic data (SEG-Y format) and TIFF images for the 2006 Mt Isa Deep Crustal Seismic Survey (L180), acquired by Geoscience Australia (GA) under the Onshore Energy Security Program (OESP), in collaboration with the Queensland Geological Survey, the pmd*CRC and Zinifex. Stack and migrated data are included for lines 06GA-M1 to 06GA-M6 as well as CDP coordinates and metadata.

Lineage:

Seismic Reflection data acquired using 3 x Hemi 60 Vibroseis trucks and a ARAM24 acquisition equipment.

3 x 60,000 lb source, vibe interval ranged from 40 to 80m, 3 x 12 second sweeps (6-64Hz, 12-96 Hz & 8-72Hz).

40m geophone group interval, 240 channels.

Correlated record length 20 sec.

The survey was conducted by Terrex Seismic and Geoscience Australia processed the data.
