L193 Southern Delamerian Seismic Survey, VIC & SA, 2009. Stack and Migrated SEG-Y Seismic Data and Images for Lines 09GA-SD1 and 09GA-SD2Note: This metadata describes the dataset in accordance with the ANZLIC (Australia New Zealand Land Information Council) Core Metadata Guidelines Version 2. Dataset citationANZLIC unique identifier: ANZCW0703014595 Title: L193 Southern Delamerian Seismic Survey, VIC & SA, 2009. Stack and Migrated SEG-Y Seismic Data and Images for Lines 09GA-SD1 and 09GA-SD2 CustodianCustodian: Geoscience Australia Jurisdiction: Australia DescriptionAbstract: Processed seismic data (SEG-Y format) and TIFF images for the Southern Delamerian Deep Crustal Seismic survey (L193) acquired by Geoscience Australia (GA) in collaboration with AuScope and GeoScience Victoria. Stack and migrated data for lines 09GA-SD1 and 09GA-SD2, as well as CDP coordinates data. The survey consisted of two traverses; 09GA-SD1 - an east-west trending line (146km) that commenced west of Naracoorte in South Australia and ended near Horsham in Victoria, and 09GA-SD2 - a north-south trending line (51km) that crossed the main traverse just east of the SA/Vic border. Access constraints: This dataset was acquired under a National Geoscience Agreement with the Victorian Department of Primary Industries (GeoScience Victoria), the Department of Primary Industries and Resource South Australia (PIRSA) and an ANSIR agreement with AuScope. It is also a component of Geoscience Australia (GA)'s Onshore Energy Security Program (OESP). Please attribute data source. Free Data DownloadData qualityLineage: Terrex Seismic was contracted to undertake the data acquisition. Seismic Reflection data was acquired using 3 x Hemi 50 Vibroseis trucks and a SERCEL SN428 acquisition equipment. Parameters used included 3 x 50,000 lb source, vibe interval 80m, 3 x 12 second sweeps (6-64Hz, 10-90 Hz & 8-76Hz), 40m geophone group interval, split spread 6000m-0-6000m (300 channel). Correlated record length 20 sec. Geoscience Australia processed the data using Disco Focus Software. Metadata with details of processing is included in the data download files. Positional accuracy: Calculated location from GPS measurements acurate to less than 25 metres Attribute accuracy: Standard SEG-Y Data Logical Consistency: Not known Completeness: Complete Contact information
