Description

Abstract:

This dataset is part of a collection of data on the hydrogeology of the Great Artesian Basin. This set contains the boundaries of the hydrogeological units.

The boundaries are derived from the 1.250K geological map series (Bureau of Mineral Resources ). Quaternary and Tertiary units have been removed. Boundaries are either concealed (interpreted) or as defined on the geological map series.
