The Birrindudu Detailed Gravity Survey (NT) was conducted for and jointly funded by the Northern Territory Geological Survey (90%) and Geoscience Australia (10%). The survey which was carried out by Fugro Ground Geophysics between 9/5/05 and 18/6/05 and was project managed by Geoscience Australia, comprises gravity observations of 3,728 stations at 2km x 2km intervals and covers the Birrindudu 1:250 000 Map Sheet. The Paterson Gravity Survey (WA) was conducted for the Geological Survey of Western Australia and project managed by Geoscience Australia. The survey was carried out by Daishsat Pty Ltd between 31/8/05 and 6/10/05. A total of 4,236 new gravity stations were surveyed on a 2.5km x 2.5km grid.
