Marine and Coastal

Geoscience Australia's Marine and Coastal activities provide data, technical information, advice and research for maritime boundary definition, regional marine planning and environmental management. Their diversity reflects Australia's long coastline (almost 60,000 km in length) and large offshore jurisdiction (potentially more than one and a half times the area of the onshore).
