The future acquisition schedule shows the planned acquisitions by both Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) and Geoscience Australia over the Oceania Zone. Most data is acquired by JAXA and sent to Geoscience Australia weekly, with a lower proportion downlinked directly at our ground stations.
Clients may make specific future acquisition requests but there is limited scope to change the pre-planned schedule, especially at short notice. Initially we will not charge clients for future acquisition requests. However, Geoscience Australia reserves the right to implement charges if demand becomes high.
