Site Information

SYDN station mark is a 0.4 metre diameter concrete pillar, 1.5 metres high, with a depth of 10 metres below the surface. Set in the top is a stainless steel plate 250mm diameter and 12mm thick. A 5/8 inch threaded spigot is located in the centre. The station is located within the grounds of the National Measurement Institute (NMI), Lindfield, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.
