Consultation is now open on potential areas for the 2020 Acreage Release.
The consultation process is an opportunity to comment and provide feedback on potential areas for release and highlight how exploration activities in these areas may be impacted.
Comments can be made on the Department of Industry, Science, Energy and Resources’ Consultation Hub until 11.59pm AEST 29 June 2020.
Submissions will be considered by government when determining which areas are made for available for bidding as part of the 2020 acreage release.
Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, the acreage release will run business as usual with the release key to providing exploration and investment opportunities for the resources sector.
