Geospatial Day

Students in Years 10, 11 and 12 in the ACT region are invited to attend Geospatial Day at Geoscience Australia. Students will use advanced surveying equipment to solve real-world geospatial problems, calculate the annual shift of the Australian continental plate using GNSS data and time series, and develop maps and conduct spatial analysis using the Digital Atlas of Australia.
