Join Geoscience Australia this Earth Science Week to learn how rocks, minerals and elements are used in everyday life with the launch of a new Year 3/4 match-up game. For educators of secondary students, the session will showcase data-based critical-minerals classroom activities, including a worked example analysing topography and surface geology to investigate heavy-mineral sand deposits in Victoria. This initiative is supported by Geoscience Australia and proudly brought to you by Virtual Excursions Australia.
