Groundwater data and information includes:
A collection of GIS data summarising salinity, water levels, resource size, potential aquifer yield and surface water–groundwater interactions for the geological basin located within each basin region. Each is supported by a data guide.

Geological Storage of Carbon Dioxide: A collection of GIS data summarising the geological storage of carbon dioxide prospectivity of a basin, supported by a data guide.
Hydrogen: A collection of GIS data summarising hydrogen potential in the basin regions, supported by a data guide.
Conventional Hydrocarbons: A collection of GIS data summarising oil and gas prospectivity of a basin, supported by a data guide.
Unconventional Hydrocarbons: A collection of GIS data summarising tight gas, shale resources and coal seam gas prospectivity of a basin, supported by a data guide. The data guide only focuses on coal seam gas.
Data and information on existing resources include:
Discovered Resources: Guides summarising known mineral, coal, hydrocarbon and capture and storage resources in each basin.
Other Resources: A collection of GIS data summarising potential mineral, natural hydrogen, coal and carbon dioxide geological storage in the basins, supported by a data guide.
Data and information for surface water include:
A data guide summarising existing knowledge on catchments and watercourses in the basin regions, including streamflow quality and quantity, inundation and climatological data.
Data and information for ecology includes:
A data guide summarising existing knowledge of the ecosystems and environmental assets in the basin regions.
